Due to ever-changing terms in payment processors (Paypal, Stormpay, egold and others), I found that sometimes to participate in other online ventures, we need to convert our cash from one type to another. But, unfortunately, it's not easy or cheap. I decided to form an exchange service for PTR Police members. For a nominal one-time fee of $5, members can join the Exchange Service and exchange currency among our members for FREE. Each member will agree to our terms and will agree not to charge any fee to exchange e-currency.

For example, I have $20 Paypal that I would like to exchange for $20 in egold. Another member, maybe a program owner, would like to exchange $20 egold for $20 Paypal. Voila! Instant connection, no fees. The nominal joining fee will be used for PTR Police site support and for maintaining the Exchange Service.

Members will submit their requests for exchanges through admin. The requests will be processed and posted on the website by request number. Members can respond to admin if they can fulfill a request. Admin will send both members each others email address and they will complete the transaction privately. Admin will not be involved in any transaction other than for admin. Both members will be required to respond back to admin to report the success or failure of the transaction.
